Nice to meet you

Born and raised in Iowa, I moved to Gainesville, Florida in 2009 and have been a Southerner since. Although my first love was creating art, I ended up getting my Ph.D. in Art History thinking I would teach. Life took a circuitous route, and 25 years later, I took a pottery class and have been creating work out of clay ever since.

It is a joy to collaborate with clients to create family heirlooms. When a work ends up on someone’s wall, or as a gift that brings emotion,  is such an honor.
